Our tour program starts between 08:00 - 09:00 in the morning. We will pick you up from the security gate of your hotel and head to the Green Canyon – a National Park that includes Turkey's largest reservoir, Oymapinar, and the surrounding area. Located just 79 km from Alanya, the Green Canyon is also accessible for tourists staying in Antalya, Side, and Belek. The short transfer along a picturesque route is a definite highlight of this excursion.
The first stop upon arrival at the National Park will be a scenic viewpoint. From here, you can enjoy a fantastic panoramic view of the reservoir, the surrounding mountains covered in lush groves, and the impressive dam, which stands 185 meters high and 460 meters long.
After taking in the beauty of the nature reserve and capturing some memorable photos, you'll proceed to the dock where a spacious two-deck yacht will be waiting to take you on a lake cruise.
During the Green Canyon cruise, there will be several stops. You can use this time to swim in the cool, turquoise waters of the lake or try your hand at fishing. Fishing rods and tackle are available on the yacht for those interested. Between stops, you will enjoy a delicious lunch included in the tour price.
At the end of the lake cruise, the yacht will return to the dock. You'll then board the bus for the return journey.
The transfer will bring you back to your hotel between 16:30 - 17:30.

When we think of canyons, we often imagine natural wonders with majestic cliffs and mountain rivers carved over centuries.
However, the Green Canyon is different – it is the largest artificial reservoir in Turkey, created in 1984 by the construction of a hydroelectric power station in the valley between the Taurus Mountains. In ancient times, this area had several lakes and the Manavgat River, which supplied fresh water to the ancient city of Side. After the dam was built, these water bodies combined to form the Oymapinar Reservoir, covering an area of about 500 hectares with a maximum depth of 130 meters. Additionally, 27 underground springs feed the reservoir. The water temperature, regardless of the season, does not rise above +12°C. Interestingly, the canyon got its name from the abundance of greenery around and the rich green color of the lake itself, which is due to the iron content in the water.
Today, the Green Canyon is also a National Park, attracting tourists from all over the southern coast of Turkey. Visitors come to escape the heat, enjoy the cool waters, admire the emerald green surface, mountain landscapes, and the groves of pomegranates, citrus, and pine trees that fill the air with an indescribable aroma.
