All bookings, pre-bookings and excursions made on www.goldwaytravel.com are governed by the Turkish travel agency legislation (Law No. 1618) and the Consumer Rights Protection Law. (Law No: 4077), which have been substantially amended in line with the European Union legislation on consumer rights.
SUBJECT OF AGREEMENT
- Travel agency "GOLD WAY TRAVEL", hereinafter referred to as "Contractor" is obliged to provide services and organize excursions. Client, hereinafter "Customer" is obliged to pay for the selected excursions and comply with the terms of the contract.
PAYMENT METHODS
Cash on the Bus (100% No Prepayment):
- On the Contractor's website, the Customer can book an excursion online without prepayment. Payment is made on the day of the tour in cash on the bus.
Online Bank Card (prepaid on site GOLD WAY TRAVEL):
- On the Contractor's website, the Customer can book an excursion online by paying with a card of his bank with an advance payment of the total amount. The remaining amount is paid in cash on the bus on the day of the tour. The Contractor accepts credit cards: Visa, Master and American Express. The credit card payment service is FREE. All prices include VAT. The "Payment Firm" on the Customer's bank statement will be listed as "Akbekirler Turizm"
Online Credit Card (100% on our site):
- On the Contractor's website, the Customer can book an excursion online by paying the full amount with his bank card. The Contractor accepts credit cards: Visa, Master and American Express. The credit card payment service is FREE. All prices include VAT. The "Payment Firm" on the Customer's bank statement will be listed as "Akbekirler Turizm"
Cash Payment at Hotel:
- On the Contractor's website, the Customer can book an excursion online without prepayment. The customer pays for the service in part or in full in cash upon arrival in Turkey to the Contractor, who will issue a tour ticket at a personal meeting.
TOUR REFUND TERMS
When the tour is canceled by the Contractor:
- If the tour is canceled for any reason www.goldwaytravel.com The customer will be refunded the money already paid for the tour.
If the Customer cancels the tour:
- If canceled 30 days before the start of the tour, the prepayment will be fully refunded.
- If canceled 7-29 days before the start of the tour, half of the prepayment will be returned.
- If canceled 6 days or less before the start of the tour, the deposit will not be refunded.
- The deposit for private tours is non-refundable.
- If the customer voluntarily refuses the excursion on the day of its conduct, or when the excursion program has already begun, the travel agency is not responsible for failure to fulfill its obligations, since this is not possible. The prepayment paid earlier is not returned to the customer.
TERM AND OTHER CONDITIONS
- The contract comes into force from the moment of online purchase by both parties.
- It is necessary to be on site no later than the time of collection for the tour specified by the Contractor. In case of no-show or lateness, the prepayment for the tour is not refundable, claims are not accepted.
- If the Customer did not return to the bus on time at the time indicated by the guide, the guide has the right to continue the tour without the late tourist in order to avoid delaying the rest of the group.
- The route of all excursions is indicated approximately and can be changed by the decision of the guide or driver, depending on weather conditions, traffic congestion, safety reasons, etc.
- On private and VIP tours, all passengers must wear seat belts while in transit. Any penalty associated with non-compliance with this rule is paid by tourists.
- The Contractor reserves the right to cancel the order in case of force majeure: natural disasters, acts of terrorism, other circumstances beyond the control of the Contractor. The Contractor is not responsible for lost personal items during the tour.
